Classes consist of:
Warm up/stretch, exercises/technique, competition dances, figure/ceili dancing, choreography/shows, cool down, stretch and review of class.
New students should enroll in the "New Beginner" class in the location in which they wish to take classes. Most 2nd year students should enroll in the "Beginner/Advanced Beginner" class. To enter "Novice/Prizewinner" class, students must be confident in all beginner softshoe & hardshoe dances, and have strong technique. Adult classes are open to all levels whether a beginner or a returning student. Championship class is only for dancers at that level.
Students may transfer classes mid-season with permission from Michelle. Contact Michelle if unsure of which class to enroll. No refunds are given on missed classes, however, missed classes can be made up on other days. Larger classes will have more teachers instructing. If needed, student helpers will also be provided.
